PLEASE NOTE: Due to the ongoing global pandemic and Brexit your order may be delayed in transit or Customs in your country.
SAME DAY DISPATCH
Orders placed before 2pm UK time (GMT/BST) on working days will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays.
FREE DELIVERY
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping where your order is eligible.
Where your order is not eligible for free delivery, delivery charges will be calculated in your basket during the checkout process. As a guide the rates are provided below:

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you and please be aware that we may need to cancel and refund your order.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
confiDense will not be held liable if an incorrect address is used during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Where possible we use a delivery service that is tracked so that you are kept up to date with the locaton of your order. If your delivery is tracked you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note though that sometimes free shipping services may not offer tracking.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
